Pasta La Molisana is always made with the same criteria. Our promise at the origin is to make the heart of every single grain of wheat extraordinary, thanks to the control of the entire pasta supply chain.
The name evokes the lines that run along these tubes with a larger diameter than penne. Rigatoni and mezz’rigatoni are very popular especially in Rome, where they find their maximum expression in typical local recipes, such as “cacio e pepe”.
For us they are synonymous with a traditional pasta dish, decidedly tasty
